BAD SERVICE - SA TAXI

Good Day, i hope the public see`s this , i have never seen such bad service from an insurance company, they take premiums from you every month for insurance, they take instalments if you don`t pay they very quick to call and send sms......who ever is financed under these people or insured with them they are useless worst insurance ever. i had theft last week Tuesday the 15th January 2019, they stole my tyres and my computer box and radio from my quantum, reported it the very same day, today is the 22nd of January when i called in they told me they have a back log of claims, my claim is not registered as yet, what the hell man... what am i paying for, this is my only source of income, i still owe on the kombi, there`s a loss of income who pays for the loss now..........people please cancel your insurance with SA TAXI THEY ARE ****** there back log has nothing to do with any of there clients............they are *****ing your money and my money that i pay every month there is no service, they dont know how to spell service....they need to close down....there staff members are very very rude......
