Bad service

I am Writting as a concern citizen of this country who my varsity fees are paid by my father who his taxi is financed by SA taxi, it's a shame that last week the taxi industry was hailed as heroes in KZN and Gauteng provinces by preventing Looting by the community resulting to economic sabotage. Today I am furious and want to express how our fathers and mothers are treated by Sa taxi call Centre agents, the agents are verbally Abusive when they are calling their clients and it seems the management there doesn't care about how their customers are treated. I can list a whole lot of agents from Lebogang, Lucky, Andile, and the list can go on of the agents that talk to our mothers and fathers like they don't care. I appeal to SA taxi management to please listen to the calls and confirm if I am lying. Our fathers and mothers are struggling to operate and are insulted by this agents and nothing has been done. I bet if my father and his fellow clients of sa taxi had their way they would move their service to the big 4 banks where such behavior will not be tolerated.
