Bad Experience from from SA Taxi Finance/ Guardrisk Insurance

I have a problem with SA Taxi which is a financier and insurer (through Guard Risk) of my Toyota Quantum. My taxi was involved in an accident on the 30th April 2023 and it was in for repairs till 30th May 2023 so I could not pay instalment on the 1st June as I normally pay on the 1st of every month . I have an instalment protect benefit from SA Taxi/ Guard risk insurance but till today my installment protect benefit has not been processed or disregarded, instead they keep on sending messages to inform me that my account is in arrears whereas they are responsible to cover my installment for the period my taxi was inoperable.

I made numerous calls to SA Taxi Finance/ Guard Risk to get this problem resolved but they keep on sending me from pillar to post, claims department asks to call collections department and collections sends me back to claims department and this issue is still pending. They are very inconsistent with their processes and a lack of communication between their own affiliated companies to resolve my issue which creates unnecessary inconvenience in order to maintain a clear credit profile.
