Bad customer service!

On Friday ( 07-06-2019)I called the warrantee department to inform them about the problem that I have with my quantum however there was no response at the warrantee department they don't ANSWER the phone at all!!!. Yesterday (11-06-2019)I called again NO ANSWER again, then I decided to call the customer service line they also tried to transfer me to the Warrantee department again NO ANSWER, the lady that assisted me at the customer service sent an Email to the warrantee department informing them to call me urgently, however NO ONE CALLED!!! SA TAXI doesn't care about their customer's after purchasing a quantum , I as a customer have to beg them to get assistance!!!
