Bad customer service

We reported and accident and we were told we were going to be phoned within 24 hours it's almost a week and half now nothing from this insurance they don't even picking up the calls you stand on the que for 3 to 4 hours . My dad is so annoyed as we are not sure if they did register the claim. Very bad service when you need them
