3rd party settlement

Good day

On April 2021 my motor vehicle was involved in an accident with Mr khanyile's mini truck Kia k2700, which sustained front badly damages.both myself and Mr Khanyile had our valid driver's licence and both vehicles were road worthy and fully licensed. After collided with Mr khanyile's vehicle we proceeded to the nearest Police station to report and complete Accident report which I submitted to my insurance SA Taxi.further informed my insurance about third party.

The claim was registered via insurance as per reference/claim no.CL35281.the matter was handled by Mr Aubrey Mugivhi from SA Taxi insurance.

Myself and the third party been doing a follow up on the claim for third party to be reimbursed but,He is being neglected since 2021.

On 23 November 2022 approximately 12:06 I called my insurance SA Taxi to enquire about the third party settlement and discovered that the 3rd party has not been paid by the insurance company. Even though he had sent all the documents requested by the company. 3rd party department further informed me that the payment had been made to someone else not the 3rd party client I am dealing with.

So therefore I request the proof of payment from their finance department so that it will show who exactly was paid for this 3rd party claim. Failure to do so I informed them that I will write to hellopeter also contact ombudsman because I am feeling undermined and neglected by my insurance.
