3rd party horror

In March 2022, A taxi who's insured with SA Taxi smashed into our stationary vehicle, we were supp**** broker and insurance details, claims were made...all documents and quotes submitted for a 3rd party claim. 8 months later we still waiting feedback, months ago we were told that they will make an offer which upto now never happend... Nobody takes your calls or returns emails...the call centre agents are extremely rude and have no sense of manners when speaking to you, the managers can not be requested as they dont speak to people on the phone... According to anyone you speak to the only person who can inform you about your claim is Mareece Wagner who never returns emails or takes calls...so how do we get anything done?

Its 8 months and the vehicle which is a business vehicle cannot be used is not starting to decay and rot due to the exposed damages.

How does a company like this operate or continue to operate?
