3rd Party Delimma!

My vehicle was written off due to a taxi driver skipping the red robot and now my car has been written off. They need 30 days to validate documents which are self explanatory... I'm without transport and no one gives a damn. I called this morning and according to a David the system states they Aubrey needs to still validate my documents since the 13 May 2022....
