Misled by website and denied a refund

I was horribly misled by this company today, as per their website the Ferrari LaFerrari is instock, I purchased it online R5499 then called to be informed they have not had this car for 2 years, my child's birthday is this weekend so I say they can refund me and I will then go purchase it elsewhere, the Jhb branch calls me only to tell me they only do payments on Fridays or they can reverse the payment and it will only reflect in my account 7 days from today, how exactly is their problems now mine, I was misled firstly, also as per CPA this is false pretenses because I was told they haven't stocked this Ferrari for 2 years and all my calls are recorded.

Then the rude woman at Jhb branch still has the audacity to tell me it isn't her problem. This is the worst service I have ever seen, and update your website and stop false advertising and misleading people for sales
