⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a mobility scooter from SA Scooter Shop in Cape Town, and the experience was exceptional. Morgan was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The unexpected free gift was a lovely touch, but what really stood out was the after-sales service, responsive, genuine, and customer focused. A business that doesn’t just make the sale, but stands behind its product. Highly recommended!

Really great service! Got a mobility for my grandmother and the staff goes out of their way to showcase their mobility scooters available and what would be suitable for her. Also super fast delivery would definitely recommend SA scooter shop to anyone who needs a mobility scooter or a ride on car for their little ones!

I would, from personal experience, not reccomend SA Scootershop. I purchased my brand new iGo Companion less than three years ago and it's already giving me technical problems. Scootershop has been rather unresponsive to numerous queries, complaints, etc. I decided on the particular model and vendor mainly because it was advertised as a "heavy duty" product with a limited lifetime guarantee for "peace of.mind". None of these proved to be the case. I have really looked well after my scooter, avoided "heavy duty" terrain and ride it mainly (99%-plus) on tarred roads, but it still gives me problems.

I am Charmaine Botha 64 year old disabled widow that bought a wheelchair through Sascooter in Benoni in June last year. Within 2 months i started complaining to the staff of the company that this wheelchair is a total disaster. I was first told it was the battery. They came to pick up the chair at my premises and i told the guy exactly what my issues are. They advertised this chair with a demo at home but because i stay in Northwest Brits the saleslady told me that they will deliver the chair should i not be happy they will return the chair as Brits is too far to do a demo. Ok so the chair was taken in and returned with the outcome that the chair was in perfect condition. But i got a witness to the effect that the chair was not really tested. The chairs *****s are falling out some are breaking off in the frame i reported it no joy from their side. I reached out to the owner by e mail and was told i must video all faults. If I'm in the chair and something breaks i must see to my safety I don't have time to video. This wheelchair is a total disaster. 1 the battery dont last as their ad said. 2 it did not want to charge from the joystick side i was told charge it from the battery so i had to overturn the chair as an invalid to charge the chair . 3 it cant handle slopes. 4 *****s are breaking and falling out. This chair I paid for more than R60 000. They brought the price down to the R50 000 its not even a year old? All my problems were reported to the company and owner no further assistance from their side . This wheelchair will only be 1 year in my possession in June 2026.
