Empty promise

<p>I bought my kid a Ford Ranger car and it started giving problems.Then I logged a support ticket with them and when I made follow up,the ticket was cancelled while no technical personnel attended my problem.Then I had a chat with Anthony asking him why my ticket was cancelled,and he said that he will log a new ticket for me,of which he did.But now the support ticket does not have warranty displayed on it.And he said that he would come on Monday the 12th of September to collect he car and he never pitched.I sent him a message and he has not rep****.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now my kid is so upset with me because his car is sitting in his room doing nothing.</p>
