Abrupt sales man

So, my husband went in to purchase an electric ride on for my son, he was greeted by a very abrupt man, who told my husband to wait while he finish whatever he was doing, then he was told everything is sold and this isn't his shop, then he was told there's only 3 electric cars available, i dont think one should be talking to customers that way
