You may not leave with the car at the end either way you loose

I'm at the end of my 48 month contract which started of great 👍 but at the last year 2024 I was not treated well the debit orders were no longer taken on said dates I would be billed at any day of the month and guys come at your work to collect the car. In October and November I was told I would never finish pay the car since all late payments didn't count so it's like I just have to accept and move on I don't know what to say to who . Early January I called to check what is left so that I can settle the bills and collect my car papers I was treated like garbage not a client and today I went to their Marlborough offices I was told I am not allowed to see the person handling my account so she called me while I was there. It's nice Earlier on but it's bitter in the end like Mashonisa kind of .
