When questioned about Invoices they never respond. Their Portal to see all invoices also does not work.
Your debtors need to respond to mails. In 2023/07/31 I received an email stating that my account was in arrears of R46.57 , when I enquired what this outstanding amount was for, I never received any response. Yesterday (2025/07/03), I received another email stating that my account was in arrears of R1,046.57. I requested an invoice of this outstanding amount as I have no communication regarding this outstanding amount(s), still no response. I do not have a problem making a payment but would it not be fair that I also know what exactly I am paying for?
