Unhappy Client

I received a vehicle that had an incorrect spare tyre and now there is water leaking inside the vehicle when it rains. You complain and honestly no thorough solution is brought to the table nor even conducted. Took the car inn for service and informed them that it also needs rubbers, I have not received a call to let me know if these have arrived. I am currently frustrated with the service and solutions from SA Motor Lease. I must be the unluckiest client to them to have experienced such with their vehicle.
