Saturday Surprise
Okay so it's Saturday, the day is halfway, I'm taking a trip with my family, all is good or so I thought because then my rental completely dies, turns out the battery is completely flat and so as the client I am I dialled the support number because right now my rental is parked in front of a shop, because the battery is completely dead, no answer no assistance.

05 Sept 2026, 14:29On top of this the car right now is in front of a shop in a dangerous area, I can't move the car, so of course if the car gets vandalized that damage will be on me, but here I'm calling the 24 hour customer support but they tell me they can't connect my call. This is totally unacceptable because I've only had the car about 2 months and the idea was to rent-to-buy the car but here the support is non-existent after I was promised support if anything happens to the vehicle.

05 Sept 2026, 16:25More update so after finally getting hold of the motor vehicle road side assistance, the insurance, is not available completely unacceptable for paying customers so road side assistance took the vehicle and left us stranded and it's okay for paying customers to receive this treatment.
