On 4 November 2026 in the morning around 03 am , my vehicle was remotely switched off while I was driving to work, leaving me stranded in an isolated area.

My payments are fully up to date, yet SA Motor Lease's actions placed my personal safety at risk.

I find this treatment unacceptable and extremely disappointing. What if I had been attacked or involved in an accident? Who would take responsibility?

I demand an urgent explanation, restoration of my vehicle's functionality and assurance that this will not happen again.

I am prepared to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and pursue legal action if necessary.

My safety is not negotiable. Paying customers deserve respect, fairness and accountability.
