SA Motor Lease Sandton - Service was Good but could be Great!!!

I'd like to say send my special thanks to Andile M & Thato for the amazing service they rendered from beginning to end. I asked Andile M a lot of questions before committing my signature for the Polo I received. I Genuinely think SA Motor Lease you have yourselves a true asset in that man.

However,the dealership was busy when I arrived at 11 am for collection, everything was being rushed by the guys who were taking us through the contracts (that wasn't great). Luckily I pleased we do it properly and they assisted that way even though time had lapsed and they were now working overtime but overall that experiece they were professional and friendly .

The vehicle inspection process, it was done by them, this should be done with the client it makes transparency feel greater , I do understand lapse of time people need to knock off but do things by the book always .

A day before collection, I visited the Sandton branch , saw the vehicle, Asked for the carpets to be vacuumed as there was a damp smell, this wasn't done . This isn't a bigger deal but preparation will always add onto to the seamless flow of customer experience , I work in customer service myself .

Overall, Andile M was so patient, guys if you are heading there ask for Andile M, that man will help you beyond and above whilst juggling inquiries on a different hand. Loved that guys work ethic . I'd actually employ him .
