Refund Chaos..I need my money
I am so fed up with SA motor lease, I returned rent to own car on 6 of July even today I'm still waiting for my refund. When I call I'm always that we are working on it. I returned the car in good condition. I don't understand why it had to take the whole month to get refund. I've trying to call for several days without any luck.

First and foremost, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with SA Motor Lease. It pains me to read your review and realise we fell short of providing the level of service we pride ourselves on.
You're absolutely right; you shouldn't have to wait an inordinate amount of time to receive a refund, especially after returning the car in good condition. The delay is inexcusable, and for that, I deeply apologise.
Our debtor’s department has informed us that they will process your refund today.
While we cannot change the past, we can take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Your feedback has already prompted an internal review to rectify any systemic issues that may have contributed to this oversight.
Once again, I apologize for the distress caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please give us the chance to restore your faith in our service.
