Problem to get deposit refunded

I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get my deposit back. They don’t answer the five emails I sent them. To get hold of them on the telephone is difficult as the phone ofter just rings. I did manage to speak to Brumilda at their office who acknowledged they owed me the refund and asked me to send my banking details for the refund. I sent them my bank details, but they still didn’t pay the refund. I waited another week and then I physically went to their offices yesterday and was promised that they will immediately pay the refund. They also mentioned the amount. However, I have still not received it! It’s very frustrating to deal with SA Motorlease.
