Incompetence on cataclysmic level

These people cannot seem to get their Debit orders to function, and month after month the money is harvested from the account, followed by a warning of account overdue letter... I've spent countless hours on the phone, and in their offices, and yet again, today... "Account overdue" due to non-payment and suspension of all benefits and services until it is up to date... Sooooo pathetic!
