Horrible customer service ,inconsistency in the amounts charged, lack of accountability for errors that were made and Heidi is the worst manager I’ve ever came across
My car was repossessed on the 5th of April with no notification,so most of my stuff was taken with the car. Sent an email to Banji on the 5th of April to let her know I’ll be picking the car up end of April and how much is need to pay to get it.On the 20th of April Pace calls me and wants to courier my stuff(my daughters car seat wasn’t part of the items)which is puzzling as I was scheduled to fetch the car end of the month.I call Banji who is also puzzled and tells me she’ll call back, and says someone will call me regarding the whereabouts of my daughters car seat.No one calls On the 21st I then call and enquire again and ask to speak to manager and I’m later transferred to Sandy.Sandy tried her outmost best to assist and managed to retrieve my daughters car seat. She then gave me an update on my car, that it had been hired out but would be back by the end of the month. On the 21st April I then receive my invoice total amount which is R13937,30. I was charged R2200 for using the car for 5days(mind you my instalment is R6679,how they got to that amount only God knows). On the 29th I call in to make sure all is in order ,I speak to Sandy she tells me my car is ready I just need to send through what I owe.She then transferred me to Brumilda , who I ask the grand total I tell her I’m low on airtime and if I get cut off can she please call me back, which she agree. I then get cut of,Twenty minutes pass, no callback I then call as I need to make payment , I then get transferred to the legal/collection department..I’m told I was given an incomplete invoice,The amount payable is now R15438.I flip and ask to speak to a manager I’m then transferred to Heidi (the most rudest ,****iest person I’ve ever came across).Tells me I was speaking to the wrong department, they’ll only
release my car once payment is recieved and I’ve approved the Debicheck. Which takes 24 to 48hours to be processed.
So I’d need to pay ,but still wait 48hrs to get the car
I then tell her it’s unacceptable as I needed the car
She told me and I quote “ since the debit order was cancelled common sense would be that another Debicheck should be processed “ close quote.
I then tell her not to speak to me like that and that no one told me when I got the car of all these rules. She then told me that things have changed,I then asked her isn’t it the companies duty to tell their customers when things change. She then told me that she’s got other calls she needs to get to and I’m dragging the matter at hand. I then paid the amount and I was told that my windscreen was fixed and wasn’t part of the bill at hand she’ll split the amount in 2. She then told me after accepting the the Debicheck I can come pick up my car. I then demanded to see it in writing that a car can’t be released prior to accepting the Debicheck ,she then threatened to cancel my contract as that policy doesn’t exist. I then told her I’ll take the matter higher as I feel like I’ve hit a brick wall with her. Guess what ,the Debicheck notification was sent through to my bank.At 12 I get called by a Felicity or Felicia Pace agent while I’m on the line with the legal /collections lady as I had accepted the Debicheck. Felicia asks me when I’d be fetching my car as I was scheduled to pick it up at 9am, the lady at legal then snapped and told me the car shouldn’t be released until Heidi gets the confirmation of my Debicheck. Which goes to show that this Debicheck issue doesn’t exist anywhere. The we’re keeping the car just to frustrate me as a client
