I cancelled my contract and had a few issues. Rasako Kganakga made an effort to contact me and ensure that the issues were resolved seamlessly and advised on an option to look into other offers if I would like to sign a new contract in future.

Additional fuel amount of 1,091.07 was deducted from my refund after I had sent proof of payment. This is now becoming ridiculous because the person never even acknowledged receipt of my payment but still proceeded to deduct an additional amount from my account.

Please resolve this!
