Frustrated
My cousin had to be admitted to the hospital, she has a rent to buy with sa motorlease. She was bumped at the back by another motorist. She got an email from the claims department, that she's supposed to pay R4000 liability fee. How can you make her pay such amount when she was not the one who caused the accident? She's a careful driver admitted she help it that other drivers are careless. Now she won't have money for her kids school fees as she's supposed to pay this R4000 out of her pocket. I don't have any agreement with this company but I can't sit and keep quiet when the only person I care about is getting depressed due to money making companies like this company don't care about their clients.
