They lost ALL our websites and EMAILS

Absolutely shocking that a hosting company loses all your websites and emails. They had a server crash, and tried to "recover" everything but couldn't. They got in "recovery specialist" from outside and still could not recover anything. How does a hosting company not have backups??? We are a small company, and we lost ALL our email accounts. ALL 3 our websites hosted with them, and no help or support (probably because they were flooded with angry clients). They still had the audacity to charge me for the month after costing us thousands of rands! Today I got ANOTHER INVOICE from them, and still no refund after explicitly telling them to refund me and cancel all my services with them.
