They haven't got a clue what's going on

I have a hosting account with Sa Domain. First it took ages to set up the account with them as they kept getting the options I chose wrong, even though I pre selected the options on their website.<br> <br> Now they have suspended my account for phishing??? Even though I do nothing of the sort! Sent them a support ticket two days ago and still no response. Keep in mind that it's the only way you can contact them.<br> <br> If you plan on opening any package with them, think again. They have horrible support and no way for you to speak to them personally. They have no idea what's going on half the time and communication within the company seems non-existent. Go for Afrihost
