SA Domain Internet - Unreliable with no support

1) My e-mail address with SA Domain Internet Services stops working regularly.<br> 2) My roaming SMTP service is totally useless as their servers are continuously being blacklisted,<br> 3) It is impossible to get through to any of their support telephone numbers and messages left are not responded to.<br> 4) Sending e-mails to their support e-mail address is a waste of time as it is neither acted upon nor responded to.<br> 5) They list three after hours cellphone numbers but calling any of these numbers is a waste of time as they are never answered.<br> <br> On the odd occasion that one does get through to someone at SA Domain Internet Services the standard excuse is always that the \Administrators are looking into the problem". No feedback as to what the problem was or how it would be prevented from occurring again is ever given.<br> <br> None of their support numbers are toll free numbers and with them being based in Cape Town it costs a pretty penny having to hold on for up to 20+ minutes at a time without even getting through.<br> <br> Their service and especially non-existent support is the worst of any ISP I have ever dealt with.
