Poor service

No connection,No web, no emails for days- NO REPLY TO EMAILS, TICKET LOGS OR TELEPHONE CALLS, WhatsApp messages no response AMAZING!! ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? WITH THEIR NON-EXISTENT SERVICE THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE!!! Then at the end of the month I’m expecting to pay in full,, this is nonsense
