Excellent service and commitment

Been a client for more than a decade. Did not have the same experience when the server at SA Domain crashed recently but wanted to get operational again and realised that there were errors with my email addresses except one. After an initial hitch, Watson picked up the Ticket ID and I had some excellent service and commitment in fixing my problem. Thank you Watson, happily working away now.
