Crashing Servers / No Backups / NO COMMUNICATION

I have been a client of SA Domain for years, and have multiple clients websites hosted on their service.

As a January 2020 there has been a marked decline in their level of service. Websites have been crashing and disappearing, and when you try to get old of them there is no communication.

Emails, calls, instant messages, service tickets all go unanswered, and data that was lost in their last server crash was never restored from "backups", leaving me to wonder if they even backup their servers.

Was a happy client for the longest time, but getting to the point now where I will have to migrate all my websites to a different host.
