9 DAYS WITHOUT EMAILS AND WEBSITE

we been without e-mails and a website for 9 days due to a error with their server. They have not provided any information as to what exactly is wrong and when we can expect to be online again. There call center does not go through, no support is given or turn around time for this error. we have tried calling several times .i have tried to transfer our domain need to release it , this is also taking time. We have lost tremendous amount of business due to this error and makes our company look unprofessional,
