Pathetic customer service

Sa domain server crashed in February & us paying clients lost our website without them trying to reload it again was told to send a link so they could up loaded again but email after email we now in April 2021 & I’m still sitting without a website due to the pathetic customer service & getting billed for something that’s hasn’t been in use. Us small business spend so much on creating our website & im utterly disgusted by the service I’m receiving & the business I’m losing due to their lack of communication to reload my website
