**** PROMISES

Been awaiting a call from the MD for months now but when first join she says u may call or message anytime if any questions. Try calling or messaging and just be ignored . Been promised from March that end of April everything will be completed,they even asked for help to get the letters got that also and still not cleared . **** promises and different stories from different agents . Then when you become frustrated and call then they want to refund . NO THANK U I DO NOT WANT A REFUND I WANT THE SERVICE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE . HOPEFULLY THE MD CAN CONTACT ME AND JUST FINISH MY FILE
