Yelling at a customer

This repair shop is located in Glenashley, Durban. For bringing a problem to their attention I was yelled at - surely nothing you would do to any customer. And here is the story: In September I had my cell phone Samsung J6+ for a screen replacement, given the assurance that an original screen will be used. Shortly after repair I detected a discolouring at one spot on this new LCD screen, and was assured by the repair center that should this problem become bigger they will attend to it. Unfortunately on the 23rd December the screen stopped working at all, so I brought it back. By asking for a solution to it I was lectured with a raised voice that there is no warranty on the repair - I didn't ask for a warranty at this stage at all. This instant, defending attitude raised however a certain suspicion, so I asked for a confirmation that the screen if original should have a warranty attached to it. And here I was yelled at, that I have to understand or should leave. The reason for the review is not the repair, but how I was treated in this shop. Rude is an understatement.
