Poor service

I have app**** to study through this company!!! WOW! is the nicest I can say, so here is a few facts: 1. The course started on the 3rd of Sep 2024 - it is now the 9th,they are only dispatching the books tomorrow 2. They used my incorrect surname, changed my sure and still spelled it incorrectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. Same stuff being asked for over and over even though it has been given, I am wondering if they are going to register me correctly???

These people are suppose to be teaching me, but I have been telling them how to do their jobs, that is an excellent start.
