DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

If you wish to waste nearly 40k, I'd suggest you rather withdraw the cash and use it as toilet paper, it would still be money better spent that way, rather than spending it at SA Accounting Academy.

Countless issues! - Study Materials are late - Study materials are rife with errors (when querying about the errors, the staff of SAAA seem to be extremely neverminded about it). - If you do not receive an invoice and you request one, you get sent the wrong invoices and told you didn't receive an invoice, because you must have changed your email address (my email address has never changed). - Once you are done paying, they take a chance and continue to invoice (shot in the dark to see if you will keep paying regardless of the studies being paid in full). - Once you remind them that your account is paid in full, they credit the invoice, but revoke your access to the portal, which you require access to in order to access certain information, exam dates, etc. (which was corrected after a loooong hassle). I was even offered a bribe and when I said I'm not interested, it was subsequently played off as a joke (high "morals and ethics" being practiced by "qualified accountants"). - The facilitator calls you when she feels it suits her (not a courtesy "Are you available, may I call you?"), when you do start asking the facilitator questions on the call, suddenly there is a lot of background noise and she "needs to end the call, because she has things to do". - When you query Study material, you are told by the facilitator to do your own research (if you are new to accounting and finance, doing your own research is the equivalent of Medically diagnosing yourself using Google, however, I'm sure Google will still be more accurate than the information provided in the textbooks given). - The online classes are a joke and an utter waste of time (the just of it, is the facilitator reading from the textbooks, the actual calculations are left for you to figure out - I reiterate, these textbooks are riddled with mistakes, so values do not add up). -They are so nice and promising when there is a promise of making the "Sale", but once you are enrolled and have started paying, all the "prompt responses and great service delivery" goes right out the window. - Most practise assessments aren't available to you until 1 day before you are due to write your test. - Exam results take 4 - 6 weeks, or so you are told, but the shocking actuality is that you could wait 2 - 3 months for your results. When you query about when results can be expected, you are told by the course facilitator that you are rude. So I'm the bad guy, because I refuse to accept horrible service? - All the relevant information you require to make an informed decision on whether or not this course will benefit you, is given to you right at the end of the course, before your FINAL exam (after you have paid in full and it is the point of no return). So in essence, I have wasted 40k and 14 months, only to be told this course will benefit me in no way. The list goes on and on...

These are not unsubstantiated claims (I have all the emails and screen-shots of all correspondence to prove it).

Pathetic, worst service I have ever received in my life! Stay very very far away from this institution!
