No matter what goes wrong with your **** eater, their response is the same. I purchased 2 Ryobi **** eaters, 1 from hificorp and 1 from game. 1st died the very first time I used it. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on. 2nd died, a few months later. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on.
