Excellent service Ryobi
I am so impressed with the aftersales service of Jason and Dennis.I brought in my Ryobi ****eater for repair to a damaged line feeder which was stuck.Dennis came and show me where the problem was and fixed it immediately.After the repair I was given a full tutor on how to use the machine.I'm so impressed with of them taking time to explain.Both of you are a great asset to the company.Thank you guys keep up promoting your company.A heartfull thank you from a satisfied customer.

No matter what goes wrong with your **** eater, their response is the same. I purchased 2 Ryobi **** eaters, 1 from hificorp and 1 from game. 1st died the very first time I used it. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on. 2nd died, a few months later. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on.

No matter what goes wrong with your **** eater, their response is the same. I purchased 2 Ryobi **** eaters, 1 from hificorp and 1 from game. 1st died the very first time I used it. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on. 2nd died, a few months later. They said warranty voided guard wasn't on.

RYOBI Cordless Grinder
I bought your RYOBI cordless grinder from Build IT Mandeni, it was working fine but my complaint is that it only worked for 20 minutes max. Have I known that, I would not have purchased it, even worse there was no indication either from the manual nor from the box(package). Even the mere globe when fully recharged it works up to 2 hours.

RYOBI Cordless Grinder

RM1202 Lawnmower
I purchased a RM1202 lawnmower and ****eater combo approximately 3 months ago at Builders Express Potchefstroom. These combo sets were available at Game stores, Builders Warehouses, Build It and various other stores but nowhere in Potchefstroom and Klerksdorp are replacements blades available. I purchased a blade for RM1232 which I was told was compatible with the RM1202 mower but after mowing about 4 meters of short grass it cuts out. There is hardly any grass in the grass catcher and nothing stuck in the blades. I sent an email to Ryobi with the problem but I have had no reply. Do I class this lawnmower as a disposable product.
