There's NO free sample

The online add stated you would receive a free sample with the option of further purchase should one like the product. I received one jar of cream and the note with it said should you like to return it then it must be within 15 days. When I looked on my account two big amounts were with drawn. Customer services gave no option for return of the latest product and they were only willing to deduct the product price. So I land up paying for something I didn't want or ordered. In my view this is a ********** scheme. The products don't work, there's no mention of subscribing to this and then a whooping free sample lands up costing you an arm and a leg!
