We need competent people in NW Municipality

This Municipality is a joke even the people working at the front desk where you get your statements, they think they own the place and are very rude to people. The past month I had a problem with my water readings so I went and gave in the correct readings and was promised it would be rectified this month but I got my recent statement and nothing has changed. Called them and was put on hold for 2 minutes then someone( a gentleman) answered and said it's the wrong department and had to wait a minute to be transferred then a lady answered and also said it's a wrong number she will also put me through, eventually another lady answered speaking Zulu and said it's not the Municipality it's her private line. The statements don't have a email address only website so I'm hoping someone from there gets to see it.
