Water is too dirty.

Meriting, Paardekraal, sunrise, Boitekong and surroundings water is very dirty. Is brownish in colour. The municipality does not clean it and we are drinking because most of us can not afford to buy water everyday. I wanted to attach a picture but the is no option here
