Useless Rustenburg Municipality

For years and years we have been struggling in the waterfall east area, the wind slightly blows and we have power outtages, now we are in isolation for 3 weeks, how in the hell are we supposed to survive??? R1 BILLION ALREADY SPENT IN OUR TOWN, WHERE DID IT GO????????? I am on my 4th Playstation 4 each worth between 6500 and 9000 due to UNEXPECTED POWER OUTTAGES. Not only is all our tax money being wasted but our own valuables have to be replaced time after time after time AFTER TIME AFTER TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
