Instead, she displayed an unacceptable attitude, refusing to provide clarification or assistance. She forcibly insisted that we pay the fine on the spot, threatening to impound our vehicle if we did not comply. Despite informing her that the payment would be made by Tuesday, she remained uncooperative and dismissive.

As a public servant, Officer Rena is expected to uphold professionalism and render courteous service to the public. Her unwillingness to explain the situation and her refusal to provide a copy of the warrant of arrest are clear violations of her duty. This behavior undermines public trust and fosters a perception of bullying and exploitation at roadblocks.

I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such conduct is addressed. Traffic officers play a critical role in public safety, and their professionalism is vital for maintaining a positive relationship with the community.
