Unjust Service

As a resident of Tlhabane West, I have to say that the administration of the local municipality is appoling. Water supply has been shut for almost two weeks now. Reasons we are receiving from councellors is that there was a pipe burst, tomorrow a pipe blockage, next day the water reservoir levels are law. The latter begs the question, it has been raining, and if the goal is to restore water levels why not shut the water at night when most of the residents are sleeping? Even though residents are payingmunicipality bills every month ranging R900 - R2000. Where does the money go?
