Theft of our hard earned money

I sold my house and the Rustenburg Municipality gave me my settlement account to pay. The computer print out was R99.00. They adjusted it by hand and it came to over R 14 000.00. I went in to complain as I had always paid an extra R100-R300 a month. I brought it down to R7800. How can they just adjust this as they see fit. Well after the house came through, my account was settled and almost R5000 was to be paid back to me. I have repeatedly spoken to Mirriam who deals with this, but till today they still have not paid my money back.. The previous owner of my house is still owed R 8000 from 4 years ago. Is this just a money making thing. They complain and switch off water and lights when we don't pay, but do not have the decency to pay us what is due to us. I'm tired of paying for ******* and greedy officials and am going to do my best to expose these so- called public servants. This seems to be an on-going trend of theirs and they must be stopped.
