Rustenburg municipality doesn’t care!

I have recently moved to Wigwam at Rustenburg. The power keeps going off every time there’s a drop of rain and remains off for hours!! This is frustrating & will result in damage to our electrical appliances! Apparently this has been going on for years and nothing has been done.
