RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY WHERE DO GET THE METER READINS???

I have a problem with RLM as I have been calling nd emailing in regards with my monthly bill but to no response I am paying for the rates nd taxes it is always above R800 and I do not have tenant or even a garden to water, I have tried to get clarity that is it maybe an option I chose wrong upon my registration or what because even in my neighborhood are surprised that I pay the same amount as them some months even more nd they are a full house family in numbers whereas we jus three nd recently I have been staying alone due to this Covid19. It is ridiculous to pay R1000.00 staying at Sunrise View where the water is closed every night!!!
