Rustenburg local municipality - bad service

Please help the people living at Amie Coetzee street nr 44, there is a green municipality box that sounds as if it want to blow up, and smoke coming from it with big sparks after phoning the municipality numerous times, nothing is being done, the people is very worried that the tree standing there will catch fire, please help and phone Mrs/Mr Nel at *** urgently!
