Rustenburg Local Municipality

I haven't received bill from municipality for the past 3 months and when getting it the stipulated amount on the bill is R27000.00 and previous rates and taxes bill were below R5000.00 .This has a big varience.I tried going to them for investigation ,they were not helpful at all.Kindly contact me on *** Themba Thale
