RLM - fed up - terrible service - need to sort out issues

I hope someone can help me. Rustenburg local municipality changed their system and created a new municipal account for our company, we have billing issues - we have meter issues, and more. They want to come and disconnect our services but in the same voice they say that if we want to sort out the issues, then we should take them to court.

It basically boils down to the fact that we should just pay what is on the invoice!!

I have lodged a complaint at the magistrate, we have been at the offices numerous times. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP US!!

I'm fed up and don't know what to do.
